CLASSY CONTEMPORARY FAMILY LIVING
A wide entrance foyer, upgraded stone bench tops and appliances, the preferred northerly orientation and side access for a large boat or caravan are but a few of the reasons that set this home ahead of its competition.
Featuring neutral tones throughout to complement any furniture, the home is presented as new.
Accommodation provides outstanding modern kitchen with open plan living and dining areas which lead to an undercover entertaining deck with cafe curtains to allow year round use. A large separate lounge room allows for zoned formal living and a secluded play area or study keeps childrens toys out of sight but accessible.
Four spacious bedrooms, the main with walk in robe and ensuite, and a lovely central bathroom complete this fine home.
The north facing rear garden is fully developed and includes manicured lawns and space to spare for play.
Further features include gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling, solar hot water service, garden shed and double lock up garage.
Get to know Ocean Grove
History Ocean Grove was established in 1882 when the American Methodist Church purchased land to replicate the successful beach camp they had previously established in Ocean Grove in New Jersey, USA. This resulted in 30 streets being laid out and named after famous Methodists. The Methodists plans did not end up being fully realised.
